We are glad you're here. Trinity-by-the-Cove offers formation and fellowship for children and youth of every age. Whether you are visiting for the first time or looking for a church home, we want your family to feel comfortable and welcomed.
What to Expect on Sunday Morning
Children are always welcome in worship. Many families attend the 9:00 a.m. or 11:15 a.m. services together.
During the school year, children and youth gather for formation between the services. When you arrive, greeters or staff can help you find the nursery or the appropriate classroom for your child.
Nursery (Infants - Age 5)
Nursery care is available during both the 9:00 and 11:15 a.m. services for infants through age five. Our nursery provides a safe, welcoming space for little ones who may be more comfortable outside the service.
"My Church Bags" are also available for children who attend worship with their families, offering quiet activities to help them engage in the liturgy.
Children's Formation (Age 3 - 5th Grade)
Children meet on Sunday mornings during the formation hour. Our program is rooted in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, a Montessori-based approach that invites children into Scripture, prayer, and thoughtful reflection.
Classrooms are grouped by age, and each space is prepared to help children grow in faith through hands-on learning and quiet wonder.
Youth Formation (6th Grade - High School)
Middle and high school youth gather on Sunday mornings during formation time for discussion, study, and friendship.
Our youth programs prepare students for Confirmation and encourage them to explore Scripture, prayer, and service in meaningful and age-appropriate ways.
